New Fragrance Advertising Campaign

For this post I have chosen how I would advertise my new men’s fragrance.

I have in mind posters for magazines and etc.

I wanted to create something attracting male audiences something quite rebellious.

Product Awareness

Advertising also serves to inform the consumer about a product’s features, purpose and functionality. This is especially crucial for companies unveiling new and innovative products. Companies purveying technical items with complicated features often release advertisements of individuals exploiting the use of these items. Examples of ads that create product awareness include brochures, online pop-up tutorials and how-to videos.

Increased Market Share

Another reason for advertising is to increase the company’s market share of a given industry. Upon increasing the number of loyal consumers, the company has flexibility with the product’s price elasticity. Simply put, the company can raise prices with less reaction from customers. A tactic used to increase market share may entail creating ads negating the value of the competitor’s products. Commercials showing “test studies” of efficacy of products vs competitors is one example of this type of advertising.

In reality my product doesn’t really exist, but nothing is stopping me from giving it a go.
