For this post I have prepared a mix of a catalogue and magazine at once. I wanted my potential readers to educate themselves about impact of their diet on their skin.

For this work I also had to create some products form my catalogue. I used mock-ups for this. I called my range Joylous. I am quite interested in skincare so this was an interesting project.








How Does Your Daily Diet Affect Your Skin?
What you eat each day can cause your skin to react in different ways. Some people might experience inflammation, redness, puffiness, eczema, acne breakouts, increased signs of aging, and more.
Humans rely on a balanced diet of water, grains, fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and protein. If your daily nutritional intake lacks significant food groups, your skin won’t get the vitamins and minerals needed to remain plump, moisturised, and firm.

This was created using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. I like working with nice pictures and that makes me feel happier. I also like food so that makes it even easier.


Why Your Diet Is Important for Healthy Skin
Like sitting in the sun, the food you eat is an environmental factor affecting your skin. A well-balanced diet can promote healthy skin, reduce chronic conditions, and help prevent early ageing. Nourishing your body with vitamins, minerals, and adequate water per day can promote better skin health.
Can a Healthy Diet Cure Skin Problems?
A healthy diet may not entirely cure skin problems, but it can help. Eating well-balanced whole foods will only improve your overall health, so you have zero risks. Improving what you eat can also help with general health issues like:
- High blood pressure
- Heart disease
- High cholesterol

Overall I am happy with the work I have created and I am already looking forward to creating something new.
