New Medical tri-fold Brochure

For this post I have prepared a medical trifold brochure to keep carrying on the theme of medical stationary.

We all need healthcare so therefore I think it is important to keep developing a good design to complement it.

I had to think about the logo I wanted to use. I knew I wanted something heart warming and quite simple. I have decided on a heart which could be used through all the products.

To make the project complete I have also created a business cards and branded t-shirts.

For a variation of a style I have done also different colour combinations.

In my personal opinion the pink is the best and works very well on the business cards too which you can see below.

I have also designed a darker version the colour combination is more feminine as it is for a woman.

I have played slightly with placement and the size of the logo with intention to offer more choices and variations.

Skin Care Packaging Portfolio

This post is introducing my Skin Care Packaging Portfolio.

In the past posts I have devoted few posts to skin care packaging. In this entry I would like to summarise it and put it in one place.

Packaging Design Portfolio

I am posting this to show my graphic design portfolio for a job interview.

The position was focused on packaging. I do not know if I will get the job or no, but I did my hardest.

To be fair this my first portfolio in this style I have ever done. I am sure it won’t be my last.

Branded & Printed Business Mugs

For this project I have decided to do something bit different. I have designed a company mugs.

Earlier I have created an Architecture Studio Tri-fold brochure which you can see if you click HERE .

To complete the project I was thinking about designing company branded mugs. It is something which they can give to they customers as Christmas present or give other businesses for the same reason.

With this design I wanted to keep it very simple and minimalistic as much as possible, which is not always my style.

I have played with the company logo and added some more images from the brochure thinking that could be buildings this company had built in the past.

I wanted to keep the colour scheme very basic. I have used just three colour withs orange/pink, white, black and different tints of the black.

The mugs itself is quite old fashioned and that is on purpose. I wanted something different, something which can be easily remembered.

The row above is featuring mugs only with the logo and brand name. I have used “Define Pattern” option in Adobe Photoshop while creating these.

The row below is featuring something more elaborated.

New Advert for Strawberry drink

So I have created packaging for my fruit sparkling drink and now what is left to do is to promote my drink.

I have to select some well known magazine for my campaign to be successful so I have to be choosing carefully.

I intend to aim at young audience as they are more likely to test something new and might find my packaging design attractive.

Above you can see my strawberry sparkling drink, which I need to advertise for.

You can see the design process if you click HERE . I have created other options, but the example you can see above is my favourite.

I wanted it to look very summary as I am creating something for the spring/summer season hence the colours.

The final advert is combination of both colour schemes.

In the previous posts I have done one beer advert which you can see if you click HERE .

I have also created an advert for American Lemonade which you can see if you click HERE .

Both versions were created using Adobe Photoshop. Same appliication was used for creation of the following advert.

I am in favour of the combination of very contrasty colours, but that might be my personal preference.

New T-shirt Designs for Japanese Restaurant

I have decided that I should add more products to the Japanese Restaurant Banner which you can see if you click HERE .

I believe that company t-shirts are important and especially in catering. I have created a small range of these t-shirts with the name of the restaurant. With this idea I have decided that these t-shirts could be sold to the customers. In this post I am expanding the possibility.

The idea was to make it quite funny.

The row above is serious and could really work for the members of staff quite well. The row below is bit more sinister.

The row below is introducing the products which could be sold to the customers.

Below you can see the image from closer.

Every designer should care for marketing. I have designed this sheet for possible advert in the magazine or other publishing devices.

New Men’s T-shirt designs for RHS Chelsea show

This post is follow up of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. I have designed posters, women’s tote bag, women’s t-shirt, men’s tote bag and now I have designed a men’s t-shirt. I have tried to follow same pattern as with the ladies t-shirts.

I wanted to produce a unique range of t-shirts for men. I am aware of the importance to create something unique to attract the attention of the audience.

Objective

I set myself task to produce range of memorabilia t-shirts accompanying The Chelsea flower show something featuring flowers in unusual arrangements.

In addition to these I have also create a limited edition which I have called “Designer’s Favorite”. Please see below.

Next images is a brand identity example.

I am done with my designs. The last thing what I have to do is to advertise it. The next few images will be of me promoting my t-shirt brand and trying to reach my customers through advertising in the magazines.

Why is important to advertise?

Magazines offer advertisers highly targeted audiences. … Due to the breadth and depth of magazine titles available to consumers, advertisers are able to pinpoint their target market and then purchase ad space in the magazines they subscribe to (or those they steal from the dentist’s office).

without the work of other people I wouldn’t about to finish this project. For this very reason I will give credits.

Followed by Men’s Tote designs.

If this would be for real, they would be sold in the RHS shop as a memorabilia. We ladies sometimes love to have something to reminds the places we have once visited.

If you own a pair of jeans or trousers (which I am assuming you do), you’ll probably need a top to go with them. I wanted to design something quite playful and funny. Like the example below showing London silhouette.

A T-shirt is a style of unisex fabric shirt named after the T shape of its body and sleeves. Traditionally it has short sleeves and a round neckline, known as a crew neck, which lacks a collar. T-shirts are generally made of a stretchy, light and inexpensive fabric and are easy to clean. Typically made of cotton textile in a stockinette or jersey knit, it has a distinctively pliable texture compared to shirts made of woven cloth. Some modern versions have a body made from a continuously knitted.

The material used would be 100% cotton.

For this example I got inspired by Alexander McQueen and Damien Hirst. I didn’t it to be too violent image hence the flowers.

I didn’t want to design too many variations as sometimes it is good to keep it simple.

I will be back with more designs.

I am adding few more colour variations.

Vegetable Crisps Packaging

With this post I am continuing in line with other crisps I have designed the packaging for.

I wanted to do 2nd version of the same product. I have enlarged the veggie image a little.

I feel the slight adjustment helped to improve the overall look.

Fruit and vegetables are a good source of vitamins and minerals, including folate, vitamin C and potassium. They’re an excellent source of dietary fibre, which can help to maintain a healthy gut and prevent constipation and other digestion problems. A diet high in fibre can also reduce your risk of bowel cancer.

Carrot Crisps Packaging

I have done another packaging for healthy product. This time it is Carrot Crisps.

Some benefits of eating carrots

Carrots are often thought of as the ultimate health food. Generations of parents have told their children: “Eat your carrots, they are good for you,” or “Carrots will help you see in the dark.” Yes I remember that one.

People probably first cultivated the carrot thousands of years ago, in the area now known as Afghanistan. It was a small, forked purple or yellow root with a bitter, woody flavor, quite different from the carrot we know today.

Purple, red, yellow, and white carrots were grown long before the appearance of the sweet, crunchy, and aromatic orange carrot that is now popular. This type was developed and stabilized by Dutch growers in the 16th and 17th centuries.

Evidence suggests that eating more antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables, such as carrots, can help reduce the risks of cancer and cardiovascular disease.

Carrots are also rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber.

Actually I haven’t thought if it is possible to get carrots crisps before designing packaging for them, but I have actually found a recipe which you can find below.

Place the carrot slices in a large bowl and add the oil, salt, cumin, and cinnamon. Toss well to thoroughly coat. Then lay the slices in a single layer on the baking sheets. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the edges start to curl up and turn crisp.

Quite easy
