For today post I have created a baking magazine. I can’t say I love baking I prefer eating the cakes.
In the past posts I created an architecture newsletter and a lot of others desktop publishing designs. This post is designated to showcase my new cookery magazine.
It took me some time to work out the name for my new magazine.

Well as you can see I wasn’t happy with my intial ideas so I went for something much more simple. The simple things are sometimes the best.
I find baking magazines amazing I learn how to bake cakes or discover the bakes I don’t know . Whether I want to try something new or master my skills, there is plenty of ideas, inspiration, tips and advice to take my passion for baked goods to a whole new level.
In addition to the satisfaction of creating, the process of baking itself can be calming. “Baking is mindful. Mindfulness means paying attention to yourself in the moment and not being in the past or the future, but really being there,” says Philip Muskin, a Columbia University psychiatry professor and the secretary of the American Psychiatry Association. Buzzwords aside, baking does indeed force you to put down your phone, get your hands dirty, and pay close attention to what you’re doing. Muskin says it can have an emotional impact akin to practices that are intended to more directly affect mood, such as meditation or breathing exercises.
Baking is also hugely advantageous for improving mental health, with benefits that include increased mindfulness, satisfaction and sensory pleasure.
